Tāng Yuán is a Chinese dessert made from sweet rice flour, typically served in a sweet syrup. At Lunar New Year, the dessert symbolizes family togetherness. For the Temple Fair, we are serving a slightly modernized version of tang yuan, bringing together the traditional shape with contemporary flavours and textures.
