Vol. 07: Tomato Bonbon for one day only at the Summer Creative Chinatown Fair. Growing up in Taipei, Mandy loved seeing these treats known as tanghulu (糖葫蘆) at the night markets as a child. We have added our own twist on this nostalgic favourite with ume-flavoured candy coating and a strip of fresh shiso leaf to give a refreshing finish.
